We were deeply saddened to hear of Harold's passing. He opened the door for us to experience the world of community banking, an industry that in his eyes was a calling to improve the quality of life of everyone in the community. He was a tremendous role model and leaves us with many cherished memories, including his surprisingly boisterous cheers at SLU hockey games.

The phrase "a life well lived," while used frequently in our times, was never more fittingly applied than to the life of Harold Wilder.
A life of courage and devotion, never better underscored than by his World War II service decorations. A life as a highly respected business and community leader, and through thick and thin, a faithful friend to St. Lawrence University hockey.
Betty and I will always remember his kindness and his gracious manner. To Barb, his family members, and many friends, we extend our sincerest condolences.
A final word to Harold: GO CARDS! GO SAINTS!

To all of the Wilder extended family,
Please accept my deepest sympathies on the passing of Harold. I only had a chance to briefly speak with him and Barbara once via FaceTime, with Diane, and he was quite kind and gracious. Although I've not had a chance yet to meet anyone else in the family other than Diane, Greig and Justin, I’ve have heard great things about many of you. Diane spoke often of her father and I know she, as well as all of you, will miss him tremendously. My thoughts and prayers are with each of you.

Dear Barb, I am sending you a card, but I'm not sure when I can get it mailed. I wanted to let you know how sorry I am that you have lost your husband. I am not able to attend the calling hours or the funeral, but I will include you, Harold, and your family in my prayers. God loves you all.
