I went to high school with Joe in Kent. He never made it to any of the reunions. I just found this obit while contacting people for our 50th reunion. He was one of the nicest people I knew in school. Just a very cool guy. We had a good discussion about writing since we both wrote books. So sorry that we never got to chat face to face while he was alive. Don't put off contacting and visiting people today. Time is very precious and friendships even more.
