William "Bill" Pharoah, 79, of Russell, NY, died February 25, 2019 at the home of his daughter and son-in-law in Massena.
Calling hours will be Thursday from 2-4 & 6-8 PM at Lawrence Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Canton. An obituary will appear as soon as available.
Among his survivors are his wife, Alice and their children, Bill and Dan Pharoah and Deborah Vaisey.
