Dear Dan, Brian and Doug,
You have my sincere sympathy at this time. Fritzie lived life on her own terms and so does each of you. Death is never easy, but as you share the good memories and funny stories, you will find comfort in the remembrances of her and each other.
Peace to you and your families.

To the family,
I am deeply sorry for our loss.
I feel honored to even have known this incredible woman. We met later on in her life but became "instant " friends.. We liked each other partially because we had some things in common and also because we looked at life same way. I know you will miss her terribly and the grief will come in waves but I hope you can find some comfort in knowing she is finally at peace. Even though she worked hard on the "tough " exterior she was one of the most gentile, caring and genuine people I have ever known. The longer I live the more I realize that life is really about memories and I am grateful to God that " Fritzie" will be a part of mine...
RIP ..sweet lady.

Hi Brian, Danny and Doug . . . As you know, I am so sad for the loss of your mom. She was always there for me whenever I needed her and remained a true and loyal friend throughout the years. We had some wonderful times together! I will always fondly remember the secrets we shared, the stories she told and all the laughs we had. Both of us being only-children, we understood each other quite well. I wish that I could have been more available for her during her most recent difficult times and had I not lived so far away, I certainly would have been! I love you Fritzie Coots and feel this overwhelming emptiness realizing that I will no longer be able to hear your voice or take you out for meals or rattle your chain when you are being stubborn :-) I miss you already but know that you will be watching over me and when I need you most, you will manage to somehow still be there for me. Peace be with you. Love you always my dear, dear friend ....

Brian, Doug and Dan,
Brett, the boys and I will miss our neighbor Fritzie so very much. We enjoyed her quiet presence in our lives. I will always remember her comment, when Sam was born, what joy it is to have three boys in the house was born. Our thoughts are with you, and all of her family and friends. We will offer up a prayer that she is enjoying a cup of coffee with Max with Red at her feet.

I am sorry to hear of the passing of Fritzie. She was a long time member and a great supporter of the St. Lawrence Chorus of Sweet Adelines. We rehearsed last evening and her name was mentioned and we shared many fond memories of her time with our chorus.

Brian-Wishing you and your family the comfort of having had your mom as long as you did. Remember all the good times you must have had together and that she will be delighted to see Red after so many years.

Fritzie was my "North Country Mother" when I moved to Canton to work for the Church and Community Program, way back in the late 1980's. We enjoyed countless lunches and talks, and she even took me to get my wisdom teeth out! Later in life, when she felt she was "too wobbly" to ride her bike anymore, she kindly gifted it to me. I will miss her - one of my very first North Country friends.
