As well as farming, many will remember Dick at the Sale Barns with his son continuing the legacy his father before him started of hauling cattle. Dick was a long time member of the Moore Wood Fish and Game Club in Quebec, Canada where he enjoyed time away with friends and family on the water fishing. Dick had a love for hunting. Sometimes you would find him in his hunting camp just enjoying his surroundings. His love of hunting took him as far as NewFoundland where he was able to experience hunting moose. Dick also had a love of horses and mules and passed that love onto his daughters. Most often, Dick could be found just enjoying life on the farm and sharing many moments and experiences with his family whom he loved dearly. A private service will be held at the convenience of the family. Lawrence Funeral Home & Cremation Services is in charge of Richard's care and arrangements. Memorial contributions may be sent to the Morley Fire Dept or Morley Wesleyan Church.
