Formerly of Canton-
Joseph J. Frank, 73, of Tulsa, OK, died in his home surrounded by loved ones, Monday, March 22, 2021.
Born September 30, 1947, he was a son of the late Lallo and Beulah (Cotter) Frank. On July 29, 1972 he married the love of his life, Jane Anne McEwen, who survives, and together they celebrated 48 years of marriage.
Joe was a 1969 graduate of Potsdam State University. He was a dedicated supervisor at DOSS and was president of CSEA for decades where he was an inspiration to staff and colleagues. His courage was remarkable throughout his illness and he was loved by all.
Surviving in addition to his wife are his sons; Erik, Canton, Michael (Amy), Albrightsville, PA, Bryan (Amber) Plattsburgh, NY. Grandchildren; Tyson, Anthony, Aidan, Austin, Devon, Riley and Zoey. Brothers; Thomas (Pamela), Michael (Janyce), Randy (Lisa) and sister Cindy Sheridan (Jeff) and many beloved nieces and nephews.
Calling hours will be Friday, July 23, 2021 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Lawrence Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Canton.
