Obituary of Michelle L. Aldous

Michelle L Aldous, 45, of Canton, NY passed away unexpectedly on April 5, 2024 at her home after a long and tough battle with renal disease. 

Michelle is survived by her husband Kevin, her mom, Annette Fletcher, her dad Steven Fletcher and his wife Nancy.  She is also survived by siblings Steven (Sue) Fletcher, Brian (Denise) Fletcher and Megan (Bryan) Shangraw Gedbaw, as well as step-sibblings Eric Barr and Amy Redman.  She had also been blessed with her close relationship with her father in law Dick and brother-in-law Ken.  Several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins also survive her.  

Michelle was born on July 8th, 1978 to Steven and Annette (Crotty) Fletcher.  She graduated from Alexandria Bay School in 1996.   She married the love of her life, Kevin Aldous on  August 13th, 2005.   Michelle enjoyed time on her computer and was an online graphic designer.  She also found great joy in her many cats over the years.  

Calling hours will be held at Lawrence Funeral Home on Saturday April 13 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM with a memorial service following at the funeral home with Skip Edie officiating.  There is additional off-street parking across the road behind  LUNA’s at 18 Park Street.
