My belated condolences. Just read of Jim's passing in the Manhattanville Magazine. I remember Jim well, as he was one of the brightest and nicest students I've had during more than three decades teaching at Manhattanville. I wish his family well as they make a future in his absence.

I am so very sorry to learn of the passing of Jim. We played Rugby together at M'ville and I was sad to lose touch after I returned to Europe. Leaning Jim, was such a great man and lots of fun.

Condolences to the family.
Jim would frequent the former nice n easy every morning for a cup of coffee, a wall street journal (which he would leave for others to enjoy), and some days a sandwich. He was polite and soft spoken, yet very kind. I truly am saddened that I won't be able to say good morning to him each day.

Jim was one of the sweetest and truly genuine people I’ve ever known, and I’ve known him since we were teenagers. He had a heart of gold and was a delight to be around. Peggy and Jen, the tragic sorrow you’re feeling will eventually give way to the happy memories of Jim as a loving husband, father, and brother. Your children will always remember their father as a kind, warm man and carry him in their hearts for the rest of their lives. Sending lots of love and warm hugs your way, Dawn
