Beverly Kenyon Creasy, 83, of State Street, Canton, died Friday, February 19, 2016 at her home while under the care of her loving daughters.
Calling hours and graveside services will both be held privately. Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery, Canton in the spring.
Beverly was born June 18, 1932 in Canton, a daughter of the late, Maurice & Mabel Tracy Kenyon. She graduated from Canton High School and later from St. Lawrence University.
Beverly was a social studies teacher for Madrid-Waddington Central School for nearly 33 years.
She is survived by her daughters, Barbara Sheldon of Stratford, CT and Victoria "Tori" Minish and husband Jim of Cedar Grove, NJ; a grandson, Matthew Sheldon and wife Robyn of Warwick, Mass.; and a great-granddaughter, Isabelle Sheldon. She was also predeceased by her sister, Dorajean Martin in 2004.
Beverly enjoyed golfing at St. Lawrence Golf and Country Club and volunteering at St. Mary's.
Memorial donations are preferred to St. Mary's School, 2 Powers Street, Canton, NY 13617.
