Tammy and TJ,
I'm saddened to hear of the passing of your dad. I spent a lot of time at your house babysitting for the two of you when you were little and when we all lived on the Lincoln Road. Your dad was a great guy who loved you very much and was so proud of each of you. Many years have passed and I live in Rochester, NY now, but whenever I visited Canton and ran into your dad, he always greeted me with a smile and a big hug. Please know that I am thinking of you both and the entire Frank family during this sad and difficult time.

From Toms boyhood street hockey chum and Corning Canoe Race partner John Hill. Canton has lost a great " townie " . Always able to see a bright side to any dark problem. Always there to hold up his end of being a good friend. They don't make them like Tom any more. To the Frank clan ... Sharing your sadness. Sally and John Hill

Pam - my sincerest condolences. We had great times playing hockey - even a game against each other in college - and challenging each other in the pole vault. A wonderful guy, and I am sure he will be solely missed. Ray Dutcher
